That’s what we do around here. Ohio Industrial Energy is a family-run company that provides energy services for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
On average, we provide our clients savings of 20% to 40% or better off their current utility bills.
Ohio Industrial Energy offers a simple and trustworthy way for businesses to save money on electricity and natural gas. Customers retain their standing with their current utility and receive the same bill they are accustomed to receiving with a reduced rate. These savings are a direct result of deregulation and are possible due to rulings made by the Public Utility Commission (PUC) in favor of competition.
We understand the value of both saving money and time, and we make the process of securing discounted electricity and natural gas simple. All that's needed to start our service is a copy of a recent electric bill, a signature, and 48 hours. With us there are no surprises, no interruptions in service, and no unexpected rate hikes. And just because our name says Ohio, it doesn't mean we can't help with facilities in other states; we serve all deregulated markets nationwide. At Ohio Industrial Energy, we provide tomorrow's energy strategies today.

For over 30 years, the founders of Ohio Industrial Energy (OIE) have been active in the energy marketplace. First, leading Columbia Gas System’s Industrial Development Group then later by founding Energy Management Concepts (EMC) and Interstate Gas Marketing (IGM). Both EMC and IGM became extremely successful facilitators of bringing deregulated natural gas to commercial and industrial customers.
Then, prior to electric deregulation in Ohio, the founders of OIE helped pioneer the concept of establishing municipal electric and gas companies enabling municipalities to directly serve their constituents.
As successful industrial real estate brokers and developers, the OIE founders were increasingly asked by their commercial and industrial real estate clients to help with energy related matters – both supply and demand. From this market need, Ohio industrial Energy was formed to assist commercial and industrial clients. Today, Ohio Industrial Energy provides strategic, data driven advisory services to commercial and industrial customers.
